I wish I brought this one further but I got carried away with other things. Still mostly proud of it. As I am of you all! Fantastic job everyone!

Not 100% happy how this turned out. Had some problems with finding an idea and composition at the beginning wich ate most of the time I had for this challenge, so I didn't have enough time left for rendering and refining the whole composition. I'll do better next time :)

Well this is as far as I could go... I felt bad for not finishing, but felt good to be part of it... and felt even greater for the much I've learn!

This is my first bloodsports entry but my third time I've had a go at these challenges. I don't really have a lot of spare time to be a full participant to Crimson Daggers but I love the idea behind it. Because of the time constraints of other life commitments and being a slow artist I didn't get a chance to do decent studies or experiment with different designs and compositions. I hope to meet new artist friends from participating and to share resources and techniques to further grow as an artist. http://atdoodle.deviantart.com/[attachment=17845]

This is what I ended up submitting. Not quite as finished as I would have liked but that's down to time issues. I will get it done though :)

Here is mine. I might go back and try something different with this but I will wait to see if its I`m lucky enough to make it to the crits before I go back to it.
