A great article about working as a freelance illustrator. Deals with rights, usage, pricing, etc.

UPDATE: The post was renamed or moved and I can't find it. It couldn't hurt to just google her and the art of pricing. Her name is Jessica Hische.
I just noticed the Animation Archive link for composition which Darium posted is broken. I get a 404 Page Not Found error when I click on it.
I did a search for 'composition' on the site to try and see if and found these 20 helpful lessons. I don't know if this is the same info he was linking to but either way, I figured it would be a good idea to share it to add to the composition links :)

So I don't know if this is necessary, but I thought it would be nice to have our own reference images. I'm sure a bunch of us here have nice cameras that we take reference photos, so why not share them?
I just like the idea of having a resource for good quality pictures that are totally copyright free (there might already be a better resource site for this). So if you all are up for it, I'll make a photobucket account for us, that we can all use to upload to. Here's an example of what it could be:

Hope it makes sense!
Apparently the link I posted for the light cage is broken. So, here's a working one:

It's a portrait lighting flash app. Basically you select the light source you want and it shows you the light and shadow. It's really helpful.
Found this
VERY useful gamut masking tool, check it out! I'm not sure if it has been posted though, but I'll post it anyway!
