sketch <3
started a new portfolio thing =)
update
These latest works are looking really nice. In the latest portfolio piece, the values in the foreground could be pushed a bit...not quite enough separation between bg and foreground.
speedpainting 30min
Awesome stuff there! Your colored sketch (mean looking guy) has a great mood! Btw what brush are you using for these sketches? They have a kinda "wobbly" feel, don't know if intentional..
so i started to do studies like brad rigney mentioned it how he does studies..
in the beginning it was really much pain p.p.. but i really have the feeling im learning something ;O a little bit ..

Hey man, good job on that last piece, it sure needs some more tweaks, but I'm sure youll get to them. I like the fact that the ass is totally there, but it's not vulgar.
Nice work and nice progress ;3 Love your newest finished work xd

while listening to streams on youtube from dave rapoza.
new sketch hopefully a new piece... ;O
I like it! Quite dynamic! You mentioned that you're following Brad Rigney's study method. Do you maybe have a link explaining it?
That wolf girl turned out really well. I like the way you softened the focus on the wolves and plant life to keep the attention on her face.

i don't know how exactly he does it but in this interview:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEU03Q5H5sU

he mentioned that made a study from reference and than tried to paint it again from mind without reference.
i have the feeling it helps me more than just copy the reference
