I did a Karla Ortiz study today
When I worked through the how to render book I was listening to an Interview of her.
Her work is so inspiring and so good.
My plan was to render a face in bw to apply all my knowledge I gathered the last days while working through How to render by Scott Robertson.
Learned a lot but there still so many questions in my head.
oh fabulous studies! ^^
I love Karlas work too. shes super inspiring :)
anyhoo keep it up!
You got the right mindset for this discipline, curiosity and searching for answers can take you far.
@marjoriedavis yeah Carla is freaking awesome!!!
@crackedskull thanks I will keep it up :)
A little drawing I did. It is not possible for me at the moment to work digital, because of my curriculum.
Last two weeks of school soo a lot of homework and finishing stuff.
no time for the stuff I want to do but Im looking forward to it :) 2 weeeks ;D and painting madness will begin !
little render practice
Woah, you're moving fast and well! That Ortiz / rendering study looks neat! The alst figure practice you've done really pops out of the page, has a 3d feel to it, even though the head's proportion is off, it looks pretty good! Keep it up, I'm inspireeedd e_e
@LaleAnn wow thanks for this im really thankfull for your words and I never expect that I could inspire someone :)
My last week of exam´s :)
Im excited to go for my character design but also to take a deep breath and relax a bit.
I wish I had more time on this to push it really far.
Until next time
Nice material studies buddy, keep up the good fight!
@thx Kimonas
Tried something new
For the Facbook - Spitpaint Grp 30 min Crystal Glade Villan
This was a lot of fun
The assignment was to sketch one page with objects and than create an environment with these.
My setting was post apocalyptic/hunters laboratory/room.
I wish I had more time on this besides school.
A little character sketch I did a while ago. I Hope you like it :)
Happy New Year everybody. I hope all of you had a good start in 2016.
Here a small Environment sketch just in values.
Lets work more and harder this year!
Hey man. Happy late new year :D hehehe!
Lots of work after my last visit here (pag 1). I really like your perspective drawings and post #50. Those copic marker sketches are cool!
Keep doing these personal pieces. That's where you learn the most.
@iamorim
