Hey Everyone,

In the last week or so, I've been quite limited with the amount of work I can do, since I've picked up what I believe is Cubital Tunnel. I was therefore wondering if any of you had any experience with this and eventually could help out with my problem.

Take a rest and apply some cortisone salve if you have any. If you're in a lot of pain or if the pain doesn't recede you should see a doctor.

To prevent it from happening more look at how you work. Take rest, stretch and avoid working in less ergonomic positions.
