"BirdLady"
Something I drew and sketched this morning.
I've bent absent a bit from posting in my sketchbooks, I've been drawing traditionally though mostly studying some new styles from different artist with a way more stylized style.
This one I did as a warmup up and decided to add colour, need to learn more about this!
You portraits are absolutely lovely! I do love the warmup portrait with the colours! The profile is absolutely lovely :)
Some recent traditional stuff:
Beautiful lines as ever imPhelikz!
I especially love those traditional pieces - nice pens by the way!
Keep it going!
Here's a sketch I drew a couple weeks ago and I color today.
Here some more stuff, First is another lady I drew on my sketchbook first and then did it again in photoshop, Then I have a couple anatomy studies I did because I still suck so bad at drawing full bodies, I don't let my self draw a portrait (Comfort zone) with out doing some full bodies before. Hope this helps :D.
Awesome lines as usual Felix :).
When you're on a graphics tablet, do you draw from the shoulder or elbow or wrist most of all?
Your figures look fine to me, don't forget about Proko's YouTube, it might give you aa timely refresher.
Keep it going anyway my friend :).
Thank you Artloader!, I've seen you are uploading on IG, keep it up!
The space for my intous is super limited I wish I could use more my whole arm to draw, because of this I
use mostly my wrist /elbow, when doing lines I try to them as quick as I can (I've seen some people draw hair lines slowly, that would be the end of me I don't know how they do it xD). I'm saving for a cintiq alternative soon, this is gonna help so muchh I hope.
Thanks for the tip, I should head to Stan videos more often, the're awesome and freee!
Today and yesterday's studies:
