It's an exercise/workout, don't be afraid of being monotonous. I started using it to mellow the monday pressure. Just sit calm and start reviewing knowledge. It's a lot of material and there are a lot of complicated shapes, so you'll also train your drawing as well as your memory. And again, it's just a workout, it shouldn't take you the whole day, and you'll also feel better if you manage to do it while doing other stuff :>

I dont use reference for those. I do them, and when i see where and what annoys me, i go and do portrait studies from photos, and then i add what i've observed into the exercise.

Here's what i do every day to stay in shape :> The guy on the right is Dave, he's a great motivational speaker :>
