This weeks brief by AChi

Crimson Character of the Week #20
»THE BARD«

“Though people usually see them in tavern, the bards spend lots of time traveling around, collecting lost music, interpreting ancient books and learn new songs and tales. They rely on their own intuition and inspiration, rather than traditional rules.”

(Not limited to humanoid characters. Be creative and have fun!)

The best of the CHOWs will be picked by an anonymous poll in the Finals thread and the winner is given the opportunity to pick the theme of the next CHOW's design, as well as becoming the title banner for that week! So go hard, design something interesting and unique!

Rules:
  • You must post at least one WIP in the WIP thread to be accepted into the final poll.
  • Finals must be posted in the finals thread before the deadline.
  • At least 3/4 of the character must be visible (minimum from the knees up).
  • Only ONE character.
  • Only ONE submission per person in the finals thread.
  • No fanart. We want to see your original, unique interpretations!
  • Voting will be held for 5 days after the deadline.
  • In an event of a tiebreaker, a winner will be chosen through a randomized name picker.

Deadline is Friday, March 10th @ UTC: 00:00

The Prompt: “Though people usually see them in tavern, the bards spend lots of time traveling around, collecting lost music, interpreting ancient books and learn new songs and tales. They rely on their own intuition and inspiration, rather than traditional rules.”

My Brief: "The Hermes Android is specifically designed to analyse the aural responses of its audience and play accordingly. Establishments normally utilize them to draw in traffic and create an enjoyable atmosphere. Soon after they gained popularity however, an anomaly appeared in their programming. They began to play aggressively, inciting brawls and lustful romps in the more finer venues. The lower classes adopted these rejected models graciously, but those that were not reassigned were often found in the streets, by the docks, or roaming wild, playing tragic and beautiful compositions, singing wordless hymns that were beyond human ability."

Slapper didn't make it to the poll?
EDIT: Some slight confusion, it looks like slapper didn't submit on time.
Whoops. My bad, thought that might have been the reason. :)
