Are you mirroring your images occassionally? Try spending a bit more time on some of those heads, and then using a camera or mirror, look at the image in a mirrored view. This will 'reset' it in your brain! :)

I do have a mirror on my desk and I will use it from now on. Here's a daily (after a day of resting up from a hangover)

It's good to try heads from all different angles.
What're your goals with these heads, are you going for a realistic look or a more stylised look?
