Welcome, Froz3n! Looks like you're good with mood-setting in minimalist grey-scale with color accent style. For the one-wing angel you could consider balancing the dark shapes that're all concentrated at the bottom with some darker shades in the top half area of the painting. Maybe right behind her head region to further add contrast? Best place to get real crit and feedback is to post your stuff in the crit board. Again, welcome to CD!

This one is messy but you get the concept with both barrels.
May sink my teeth in a little more as I see promise in this one

That's great news man! Congtraz! Good luck on your new job! The spider lady you can try making the spider leg in the front bigger and taller than the one in the back, so basically reverse it.

I know the foreshadowing is reversed, but i think I was leaving it like that for symmetry reasons idk
