Malini's Sketchbook - felipemalini - 08-07-2015 Hello everyone! I come to share with you my daily studies start with some older and will updating soon. Study Charles Bargues Burne Hogarth's Anatomy Study Applying some concepts of light and shade in which to acquire studying Andrew Loomis and Burne Hogarth. Animal studies, in developing a horse picked various poses. Reproduction study of random caricatures I met on the Internet. With several studies of caricature, decide to create their own from my imagination, using the actor Robert Downey Jr. Future sketch became a digital painting. You have an awesome sense of proportion, good colors, great draftsmanship... Why don't you step back from studying a bit and start developing something from your imagination? I can tell you that most comes from photo references, but some were my creations with plenty of reference. Life study experienced few, because the place where I do my work does not give me many alternatives, guitar above was not based on an image, it was the guitar of my brother who was in front of me and I could paint it, was well exhausting because I had me turn around time to view it. You seem to have really good observational skills, just make sure to take what you learn from your studies and apply it in your own pieces. Thank you I'm glad to know, I practice a lot with observation, still feel quite insecure when creating from mind, but now I'm marking time limit not to waste too much time in studies of this kind, my first works were developed in enough hours, took a week in each painting. So I say, this ambiance and lighting were not of my own making, I only had the role of developing other character, and use color and light as learning.
