RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 08-20-2013 some boring painting from imagination RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 12-30-2013 Hey guys!long time no see I've been experimenting a lot lately so I decided to share some stuff I've been doing This one was for a school project...something about the importance of DNA RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 04-19-2014 small update some color studies and something a bit more recent RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 04-27-2014 RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 04-30-2014 RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 05-01-2014 RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 05-03-2014 self portrait RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 05-03-2014 RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 05-10-2014 Speedpaintings RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 06-07-2014 studies, sketches and speedpaints RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - GeoStn82 - 06-19-2015 RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - Bearlaser - 06-20-2015 Nice work man, I don't have much in the way of critiques but thank you for motivating me to work harder. RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - DK - 06-20-2015 Quality work in here. The lady with the fishes is kind of confusing for me, is she a fish summoner? Might be a better way to communicate that with possibly fish outlines or features coming from the blue light. I do like it, though. Also, kind of weird that some of the attachments seem to have broken. Were they always broken? RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - smrr - 06-20-2015 HOLY SHIT. NICE WORK UP IN HERE-! Some of your work (studies in particular) remind me of Hannes' work a bit... but at the same time doesn't. Really nice to look at, I like the way you handle your edges. <3 You can definitely draw, those charcoal sketches look dope Looking forward to more stuff from ya! #nocritsjustyet RE: GeoStn's sketchbook - marjoriedavis - 06-20-2015 nice sketch book ya have here :) few things I've noticed- the figures are a bit stiff / awkward try to focus on gesture, rhythm and the abstractions to get more solid, believable figures. I really like to warm up for an hour with quickposes (dot) com before i jump into painting for the day. :) you prolly already know that stuff but yea hope it helps. Really lovely things happening with the rendering, btw. keep it up!! |
