Definitely workin hard in here I can tell. I thought I'd throw out some advice that might help with your gesture work. Right now I think for your 30 second and even up to 1-2 min gestures should be more about feeling the pose with only a few skeletal lines instead of drawin the lines around the edges of the figure.
Try to lay in the head and the spine first and then arms, legs and, ribcage. Hope the image below can explain what I mean.

you know what i love about your studies and work that let me know youre going to make it.
you can tell youre still learning and studying.. but you have a great eye for the big picture.
you can see how subtle color works on form and how textures work with things.
its almost like you learned to run before you learned to walk and now youre kind of working it backwards but its not so much of a bad thing in your case. keep it up!

For the teen challenge.
I haven't drawn a lot the last few days because I was sick and had a small infection on my draw arm ;_;.
Oh and I've a 1000 views on this sketchbook, yay!
