I made a "Drawing Practice Calendar 2017" - a calendar, where each month contains one important topic and exercise.
Beginning with human anatomy, going over gesture drawing and over studying hands and so on.

You're studies look pretty good. If you're shooting for a more anime/cartoon style, I'd recommend slowing down and nailing your line art. I think it'll really help your pieces look more finished. You could also experiment with cell shading/value to make your pieces pop out more. Good job man keep working at it.
