I'm not into painting that much. I enjoy drawing linearts and having fun with more cartoony style. But I must say I had fun with this one. :D

Nice portrait studies Panda :). My favourite is the girl with the silver hair and glasses.
Maybe try a bit harder with your accuracy, in the last piece, her neck is a bit straighter than in your reference?
