By Feb 2013:
Practice lighting, texture, and general realism everyday with studies for at least 2 hours/day
Work at least 6-8 hours per day on artwork except for one day/week
Run at least once a week, bike at least 3 times/week, hike once/month
Freelance for a major TCG, film or game company
