Improving in bounds and leaps! Love those tanks and care designs, on point!

Awesome vehicles! You started with silouhette and then added lineart right? I wouldn`t be able to guess perspective at the silouhette stage I think... As for the characters, I prefer your less rendered ones because they are full of life

Neopatogen: yup with most of them I did that, but sometimes I start with line. I'm not worrying about perspective when doing these since they're more about understanding design. And yup I agree with the characters, I'm going to try and see if I can get a more loose style going.

Dodeqaa: Thanks :D means a lot!

You have some really solid drawing here. I'm liking your design studies too. Are they purely from imagination or a mix of ref and imagination?

RE: Bjork's Journey with her Sketchbook :) - BjorkJT - 09-01-2016

The Lama:
The characters are in this case from imagination but the others I first start with ref, study it and then just play around with the shapes to see how I can change it.

Boop! Sketch and silhouettes

RE: Bjork's Journey with her Sketchbook :) - BjorkJT - 09-07-2016

Going to be modelling a quadruped for a school project, so I'm currently trying to figure out how I want my creature to look like.
I know I want the head of a tortoise (they're just too damn cute!) and so far the body consists of a sun bear and an armadillo. It's going to be fun to see where this is going
