Hey nice start.
I think your digital pictures are looking way too blurry and soft i'd focus on value and shading for a bit you should also probbly try using a more harder brush for some of the outlines of the body at the moment it all just seems to come together and look incredibly flat and in some cases (the last girl paintings arms) a bit confusing.
