Hello! I'm trying to identify the artist who created this piece. I know it's a little blurry, which is due to it being a screenshot from a video.
I saw it originally in this promotional CINTIQ video:

I really love the art and color. It reminds me of movies such as Tangled and How to Train Your Dragon, which I adore. :)
I've tried googling a combination of keywords such as: "CINTIQ 24HD TOUCH ARTIST DEMO WHO IS THE ARTIST", but no such luck yet. If anyone miiiight have an idea or know who this guy is, I'll be eternally grateful! ♥
Edit: I also tried using google image search, which I knew was a slim chance anyway since my copy is crappy. XD

I recognized his work right away, actually.
its one of my useless talents to practically remember a lot of artist in the industry, and be able to spot them by one drawing. lol
