Bloodsport #5: Howl's Moving Castle - tempest-haze - 02-09-2012
Hi everyone!
It was a toss up between Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle but I settled on Howl. I didn't realize this forum existed until now so my image is a bit late in the game, but here are some comp sketches, an earlier WIP, and a close to finished piece.
I'm still trying to fit the actual castle into the composition. Originally I wanted to have them leaning out a balcony on the castle like in the first WIP, but I realized then that it was becoming more of an illustration/fan art piece than an authentic DVD cover. I think I'll have the castle in the distance flying under the title.
