RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Clayton - 01-07-2015 Back to it after the break Some Loomis: Portrait practice, made her look way older than she actually was in the reference, but I learnt a lot RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Clayton - 01-08-2015 RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Archreux - 01-09-2015 Hey, and welcome to CD! :D Nice start the the sketchbook. I'll be posting this in the critque forum later, but if anyone has any advice or crits feel free to drop a message RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Clayton - 01-29-2015 RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Clayton - 01-30-2015 Haven't really tried rocky formations before, definitely need to find some sort of rhythm in the process. In some parts I was going for a spartan look and in others I was trying to add the fissures and cracks, so that's why it looks like such a mess. Going to take what I learnt here and apply it to the next one RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Clayton - 02-04-2015 RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Clayton - 02-05-2015 RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Clayton - 02-10-2015 RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Agerkvist - 02-10-2015 Hey man, just keep this up. Studying and applying! Your portraits look really great, still lifes too :) RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Clayton - 02-11-2015 Thanks Agerkvist, I appreciate it Today's study, these things still take me a while so I can't get much detail in without it taking forever RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Clayton - 02-26-2015 RE: Clayton's sketchbook - Clayton - 04-26-2015 Previously posted this in the critique forum. I owe Meat an apology because I never thanked him for the input, but there were some pretty big life events happening that took me away from the internet. |
