Haven't played with too many brush packages with Krita yet but Wolthera, one of the devs released some pretty good inking ones that are better than the default set.

David Revoy also has many Krita brushsets, haven't played with too many as I like tweaking the defaults to my own liking more than using other people's brushes, but there are some goodies in here that I use.
