Two sketches because I missed yesterday. They're early designs of a character of a story I'm working on. Hope procrastination won't kill it like my other projects :p RE: P.A. Noa's sketchbook - John - 04-01-2016 Awesome! Your works remind me of Studio Ghibli's house style! RE: P.A. Noa's sketchbook - P.A. Noa - 04-05-2016 Marker and pen sketch It's a new design of the previously mentioned character. The story is about the post-apocalypse world, where humans are gradually becoming extinct RE: P.A. Noa's sketchbook - Lodratio - 04-08-2016 Huh. Your stuff is actually pretty appealing. Maybe you could try experimenting with looser sketches and doing a lot of variations to work on giving it more energy and complexity. Also, I noticed at some point that perspective is huge even with character art, so doing some architecture and trying to place characters in 3d space is really helpful even if you have no interest in drawing interiors. |
