Hey Sany. Welcome to the Crimson Daggers!

By the way, is there any reason why you're changing your manga style aesthetic? And is there a style you're trying to achieve?

Thank you, John!

I'm changing a bit more realistic, but I want to leave a little bit of the manga style aesthetic.

because now I have new inspirations as Bayard Wu, Jo chen and Wesley burt, .

I gotcha. I've seen a lot of people making that stylistic choice work!

Looking forward to seeing your sketchbook soon!

Welcome to the dojo that is Crimson Daggers Sany :).

Nice work there - and those artists you're aspiring to are awesome!

It sounds like I have very similar aspirations to you with respect to character art.

Personally I'm studying from these masters:

1. Michael Hampton Figure Drawing Design and Invention.
2. Proko's YouTube channel.
3. Andrew Loomis Figure Drawing For All It's Worth.
4. Photo references of human figures off the internet.

I encourage you to start up a sketchbook thread and join in with us!

Good luck :).
