I saw this site on a youtube video and was curious about it :O so here I am writting my first text. I hope this is a great way to start??

Welcome to Crimson Daggers Mint :).
You've come to the right place if you want to improve your art. There are lots of sketchbook threads on here that have a ton of knowledge in them if you just have a browse through.
Looking at your work here, I would say that you could benefit from studying figure drawing and head construction more. A great free resource that many people recommend is Proko's YouTube channel:

I encourage you to start up a sketchbook thread and post your exercises, it's a good way of getting feedback on your progress.
