But I really need to put time in learning how to draw. I have so much to learn.

Good sketch! Face structure looks solid and I love the Bladerunner/Cyberpunk aesthetic. Nice to see someone else using traditional methods too. Looking forward to seeing more from you!

Looks good to me. Good proportions, distinct features that make the character feel like a real character with a personality. And nice line weight too.
