RE: Ste's Sketchbook - mactire - 09-26-2012

Great stuff Ste! Always thought you're rendering had a sculptural feel to it, not surprised to seeing you having success with sculptris!

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - Warre - 09-26-2012

wow great, especially that last face.

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - AaronJordan - 09-27-2012

Great creatures, great studies, and those horses are really good. When ya gonna go full color with some of these? Your forms are ridiculously good, seems like adding color would push your stuff over the edge. Love your stuff. Thanks

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - Ste Flack - 10-11-2012

Cheers for the comments guys.

Here's a few more models I did in sculptris.

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - Ste Flack - 10-17-2012

Another quick study and a random head based off a model I did in sculptris.

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - M-rahsart - 10-17-2012

I love the weight your images have.. And the control you have over your values.

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - ramalooke - 10-17-2012

Your values and form are over 9000!!!. However I'd love to see a bit more contrast and expression in those portraits. Sweet stuff thouhg!

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - Ste Flack - 10-17-2012

Cheers for the comments and feedback guys, so much still to work on.

Here's a rather crappy version of the worm from Prometheus. Movie was totally hit and miss but I loved that scene.

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - fudgeloaf - 10-18-2012

Nice prometheus worm man, and you made it almost not look like a penis! congrats <3

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - Ste Flack - 10-30-2012

Studies and another monster.

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - catfist - 10-31-2012

So inspiring! texture, value, form, everything's so well observed!
Love your John Snow by the way.

RE: Ste's Sketchbook - Ste Flack - 11-07-2012

Thanks Catfist.

Added some colour to that last monster portrait, still not happy with it but I'm sick of looking at it now.

Also been trying to get my head around ZBrush this past week or so.
