Which Wacom? - JonHop - 06-15-2012

Hey,

I was just wondering if it would be a good idea for me to invest in a wacom intuos 4 at some point as I'm currently working with a wacom bamboo one tablet (I only started digital painting this year). For now it's adequate, but the intuos 4 is a much better product, What tablet do you guys use?

Any advice would be appreciated :).

I just got an Intuos 4... the best investment I've ever made.
It feels more natural in terms of the size ratio to your computer monitor.

Thanks for the reply and input, I'm seriously considering upgrading to the intuos 4, is the drawing area bigger than the bamboo one?

yeah, my drawing area is 8.5x6.5 but I think they make a bigger version of the Intuos4 too

Cool, I def wouldn't mind a bit of extra space to draw with, is the difference in pressure sensitivity very noticeable compared to the cheaper models?
