The most objective critiques I can make are that the place where his clavicles meet at the sternum is too far from the pit of his neck (mimic the pose in the mirror and look at where the pit of your neck is, it should be obvious), and that his thighs are way too short. They could easily be twice as long, especially for a tall character like Abe Sapien.

The background is abstract so I can't say much. You could try making the greenish spots lighter, so that it's more obvious that a light source is coming from the right. I'm not sure though. I don't think there are any real issues with the colors, otherwise.

Regarding dynamism, all I can suggest is to work on improving your figures more, and particularly to study photos of people in movement. I think it's a lot easier to make dynamic figures if you actually are athletic in real life and have an intuitive understanding of the forces involved in all sorts of movements, but you can partly improve your feel for it by studying.
