The background is abstract so I can't say much. You could try making the greenish spots lighter, so that it's more obvious that a light source is coming from the right. I'm not sure though. I don't think there are any real issues with the colors, otherwise.

Regarding dynamism, all I can suggest is to work on improving your figures more, and particularly to study photos of people in movement. I think it's a lot easier to make dynamic figures if you actually are athletic in real life and have an intuitive understanding of the forces involved in all sorts of movements, but you can partly improve your feel for it by studying.
