Trying to draw on paper some more, so these are a little rough. I need to break my kind of babied eraser line style from digital and place lines with better form and structure better. I mean I can do it, I just have to erase things lightly and constantly and cntrl Z stuff to get it to look right. my initial lines have a very rogue, wild sense, which I like but I need to work on sculpting them more, it's just gonna take doing it more really.
Also Corel painter 12 has a cool thing called the Mixer where you can practice mixing colors just like oil paints, so I've been learning a lot of interesting things just fooling around with that the past few days. Nothing to show though, since it's just a tool.
Having a lot more fun lately though, just doing stuff I want; I wanna draw stuff that's crazy and squishy, but also has hints of sharp edges and bizarre shapes. Still don't know what I'm gonna end up painting, but I'm enjoying the learning process in the meantime!
