Looks like a solid improvement to me :), your recent work looks much more 'natural' if that makes sense. Everything's a bit more unified, the last piece in the art dump especially came out really well. The job sounds like an interesting experience as well, seems like a lot of people have trouble balancing efficiency with money and work etc, definitely seems like it was worthwhile though (maybe minus the website stuff - I've done a bit of that, boring as shiiiiiit lol)
