Hey guys I just started my brand new fan art and I need some help, first of all, I have a huge problem with muscles mainly the foreArm, I always make it look like a single piece of meat! I also would like some tips about how should I paint it, I usually use some yeallowish light as a main source of light and a blue light as a secondary.
What do u guys think of the overall idea? What kind of studies would be good for me to make my artwork better?
Thanks for helping!

I loved this site! I wanna keep the cartoonish root, but wanna do a kind of realistic painting!
But I'm definitly using this site to practice, thanks a lot! I'll upload the progress!
Hey Mark, how are you?
Here is my contribution to you illustration. Notice that I´m no pro, ok? Looking at
Dave´s references on google I could see a few things and tried to represent it on the paintover. Hope it can be helpful, and please, forgive my bad english.
Check out these two guys, they are awesome reference when it comes to pose, structure, anatomy, forces acting on pose and much more:
