Study of an old man that I started tonight, I plan on continuing him tomorrow.

Worked on this photo Study a bit more, but im calling it done so i can move onto other things. Some of these studies are random and some have to do with projects I'm currently working on but the main purpose is to get into a sort of groove of doing a study everyday. Eventually I will do more and more thematically focused studies, as well as more polished and drawn out studies done from life.

I've also included another card illustration I created for Fantasy Flight Games' card game: 'The Hobbit: On the Doorstep'.

More info on the game here: http://fantasyflightgames.com/edge_np...167&epmi=s

Rat photo study. I really want to do a fantasy rat illustration for my portfolio. With other work currently on my plate, this post will hopefully serve as a reminder to myself. :)

I like the set of brushes You using for the last images. They work good. Especially on the rat and the bird.
Oh man great brushstrokes, love the 'calligraphic' flow. Your value and color control is awesome and it gets better!

joelhustak

Mannequin - Thanks! :) I use a mixture of different peoples brushes including some of my own, but I've recently been playing aroound with some of Pelengs brushes.

iCi - Thanks! :)
