I feel more than halfway done, but I'd like to get another set of eyes on the pic and see what I can do to improve it.
It doesn't really look like she is bending over. It looks like the pelvis is straight up and there is a separate torso completely horizontal facing us. That would require her spine to bend 90 degrees over a very short space. Try it in the mirror, even if you don't have the same body type. I think you need to move her boobs and shoulders up and show us a bit of her stomach. But mostly, find references and use construction lines before starting to put colors on. I don't know what Skulldames is and a google search didn't turn up anything like this so I have no idea why there is a giant yellow hand or what the white stuff behind her is.

They're making a joke. The character is from the indy fighting game Skullgirls.
