snow and stuff you knowwww, should have probably done more to it
Oh my god, this last one is amazing.
I will critique it a bit if you don't mind: I would push the purples a bit more and introduce another color, like a red or a yellow. I also think some more atmospheric fog would make it much more dramatic. Other than that love everything else.
Great sketchbook!
thanks bemota! i appreciate the criticism :)
another landscape, trying to focus on scale on this one
have an assessment coming up at university so i'm spending most of my time in the studio which means not many updates, but ill be sure to start updating daily again once it's done!
I don't know if any of it was based on my critique but you basically solved everything I critiqued about in the last one with this one...
haha thanks bemota
some quick move studies, focusing on lighting rather than details
quick still life in oils using a monochromatic palette, will probably do more to it
merry christmas!
Studies look great, keep'em coming !
And those environments.. Man my jaw dropped, cool stuff
Just gone through your sketchbook from back to front and colour me impressed, I'm a big fan of the painterly style you do your work in, really digging that turtle with the organic life growing on it's shell, great work, keep it up!
Thanks guys :)
