Hi all, today our partners group did a study from an octopus reference. We were each taking different approaches and discovering new things, what we need to work on more, etc. These were 2-hour reference studies, but some people came late so not everyone put in a full 2 hours.

Gyork (with reference photo) - stopped by later on and did this in 25 minutes. Because he's awesome :)

JTAArt - it's not supposed to look that pink. I don't know why it keeps showing up as pink; the colors don't look like that on my desktop monitor or in his PS window, but JTAArt was having some issues with that after uploading it to the web and now I'm seeing it on my laptop. Even with the colors being off, his colors for his study match up to the reference really nicely :)


DaveK - had to take care of something and didn't put in the full 2 hours :/

I'm missing some of the other group work (Victor's Mech Monday comps and whomever else was watching our Livestream and doing the octopus study and/or the Mech Monday stuff along with us) , so if it's not here, I just don't have a link to it at the moment, but feel free to post what you've got :)

You should let the partners post their own images in here from now on, just so people don't confuse all the work with one person. Just sayin!

Yeah, I agree. At first I figured I'd just make a master thread for all of us but I think I'll do that from now on :)

Pulled a late work day but had to atleast get to the study. My eyes are like @_@ right now. Didn't get to do the mecha which makes me sad but ah well. Here is my study.
