Going to go with my second attempt at this (The final of the first approach is in the WIP thread). I added the constraint for myself of trying to design a character for animation, in particular kids animation.

Dont know if im still on time , if not its ok ^^ , this one left me really unhappy with my painting/rendering skills , i have to work hard to make improvements from now on . overall im not happy with what's coming out and i had to make an effort on this one not to throw it out , any tips u have , plz throw them at me , they're worth gold .
