Sketchosoph - Thanks man :)

Bookend - Hey again! :) Yeah, it was really awesome to get those critiques. The whole experience of such festivals loads you up with so much energy!

aaahm some faces. I'll be trying to do 4 of these every day to make myself come up with more interesting ideas, since the ones I have are pretty boring. So.... yeah :D

Some bug studies

I was watching a BBC documentary and one of it's parts was about the stalked eye fly. In order for the male to attract the female it sets it's eyes apart very widely. The male with the widest pair of eyes wins the right to be with the female. If two males are with the exact same distance between their eyes, they fight. This ritual, David Attenborough (the narrator) called "gentlemanly". So here it is, the gentlemanly stalk eyed fly.

Sketches for the orrery

Glad to see a fellow Bulgarian artist here:)
The spheres on the painting are looking a bit flat to me, I think because of the texture you applied. You could try wrapping it or something. The rest is looking very nice!
And nice figure drawings btw, keep it up!
maggie - Hey! I was surprised we hadn't met each other before :D Yeah, you're right about those spheres. I knew it as soon as I posted it. I should let myself some time before posting stuff :/

Another exploratory environment painting :)

Those figure drawings up there are lookin nice. Interesting environments as well, I think some of them might need some work in the composition department, but they're not bad. Would help to do some composition studies here and there, just so you can get a better idea of how best to place your objects in space.
Dennis Kutsenko - Yeah, I think you're right. Composition was never my strong suit. Come to think of it...do I have strong suits? O.o

Update -
