Hey guys,

(some time ago) I made a new YT-Channel, where I post Artwork and Programming.
Sometimes, when I finish a new Artwork I make a Timelapse-Video of it and I wanted to show those Artworks here, too.
So I will put the finished Picture and next to it a Link, which is then the Timelapse of that Picture.

And in the future I plan to program a little Game and work in my Artwork.
I will make Videos of that, too. But that may take a few weeks till I can show something.

Welcome to the Inner Sanctum LK Crown!
Welcome welcome!!

Your hand studies are very well done and the rest of your art is good as well! All I can say is do your fundamentals and keep on chugging! (I hope your Youtube channel flourishes bro!!)
I started the Game Project I already mentioned, which I am doing to connect Artwork and Programming.
The first video is out:

CHECK IT OUT!
Btw. For the sake of improving my Artwork I am trying to replicate this piece for practice purposes:

This is what I did so far, what do you think?

The replication is still a WIP. But I think it will be okay.

If you see, how I could have done it way better, feel free to give tipps and feedback!

Since I am happy with the Recreation of Louis so far, now I am trying my own version of such a picture:

(obviously WIP)
Of course a lot harder, if I cant look how the colors have to look like.

Recent version of my own ruler-picture.
Its a lot of work and I have to figure out a lot of stuff when not using a finished piece as reference. But thats the point! :P
But i guess in the end it will turn out satisfying.

You're certainly putting in the effort but there's certain things you should focus on to improve.

I advice drawbox and ctrl paint so that you have traditional and digital and understanding. They complement each other nicely i would advice starting with drawbox doing all the draw box exercise a few time each than move on to ctrl paint for more design concept and understanding of digital media and it will also add more new other exercise you can along side the exercise of drawbox.Note i encourage doing the drawbox exercise in digital also .

https://www.ctrlpaint.com/library

What is good about those particular website is that it as a selection of exercise to do along having a wild range of topic covered and video and sometime text to take note from.

I couldn't resist giving my 2 cent on this topic. They helped me so much in gaining to know what type of exercise i can do to get better at drawing and there so well organize that it a must look at website.
Can't agree more with darktiste.

First Draw a box then Cntrl paint;
Then you could explore the youtuber section -
Macrobucci, Proko, Sycra, FZDSCHOOL(Feng Zhu), ect.

Then if you're willing to spend some coin-
SVS (Society of Visual Storytelling) and Schoolism have very excellent content for a affordable price

Good luck!
Just some drawing and basics practice on my neat new sketchbook:
