Crimson Daggers — Art forum

Hey everyone! Some friends of mine thought of doing a little
creature design challenge, i had the idea to create a new thread here to
bring back some competition and maybe revive this section of the forum a little bit :) 

The theme we thought out is this:

Ape like animal/creature being infected by a disease (be creative)
zombie-monkey/ape wouldn't be the most original ;)

show the different stages of the disease too if you want.
Studies are also super important, so post them here as well!
Be it designsstudies not related to apes or studies of apes for example.

I hope this gets some people motivated to participate

Loving the concept ideas you're generating, thanks for posting this challenge!

I made a sickly animal, only focused on designing the anatomy on this one and neglected pushing the concept. It's a pleasant break from studying though.
