I was! Always wondered what happened to you. Damn Jones, how did it go? Is this one of those horror stories where people just stopped exercising and sleeping just to meet the deadlines? Did you have to stop with studies? Good to know you made it out to the other side!

Definitely a learning experience,  I'd often start off well and with balance and slowly slip into the routine of waking up whenever and just working. Had I been more strict with sleeping times, exercising and such it would have been a lot better. Something to keep in mind when things get busy again, because it's unmanageable to work like that for too long a period.

Though when I was juggling multiple jobs, I'm not sure it's possible to have had much balance, even with a very strict schedule.

I stopped the majority of general fundamental studies and instead I'd do supplementary studies that directly related to what I was working on. Ideally I'd have gotten to do them every time but some deadlines I just had to go with what I knew. I find the supplemental studies a lot more helpful now anyway so if I had time for those I was happy.  I still read fundamental stuff though, picked up creative illustration and read through that (probably my favorite art book)

Thanks Man!

Hey Guys, been awhile since I last posted (literally years at this point, time flies D:) was thinking about this place recently and wanted to post a little update.

Started working in house at an outsourcing studio 7ish months ago, It's been really great so far. Working alongside other artists every day has been pretty life changing. It's nice to know all the years of studying, long hours in my room alone weren't for nothing.

Anyway here's some artworks from the past year or so, I hope you're all well, especially given the current state of the world. If any of you guys want to keep up, I have a discord group I'm pretty active in https://discord.gg/J9EQSF7
