The rendering on the last image is really reminding me of (a) certain artist(s), yet I just can't remember their name. Were you referencing a particular artists at the time? :)

I'm not sure who that artist might be. I'm looking at a ton of random artists atm but the character is the OC of amerio if that rings a bell. I also look a lot at Mingchen Shen.
KIMODAMESHI, or Kimo7, as it's called this year, is a month-long event that happens on Discord every year. The server only pops up for a month, but the premise is that you need to draw figures every day or you are kicked from the server. It's brutal but fun.

Just wanna say that having tried monthly challenge (inktober&swordtember)myself i admire your persistence but also the level of what you produced daily which i personally would say remain dynamic and pretty consistent in quality.

@darktiste - Thank you Dark! ^-^ I really want to try Swordtember this year. I found Kimodamashi a lot easier as you work alongside others in Discord rather than alone. There's also the fear that if I miss a day, you're kicked from the challenge completely.

Great to see updates from you. Loving the latest images, very solid figure work and anatomy as well. The skin tones in particular are also very well done with your human characters, the 'flesh' is very convincing. Keep it up!

That's not the one, but nevermind. If I think of them, I'll note it down and let you know. I got a random company and then AOC, when I googled 'Amerio' (+art).

Hum akcutually this is not a violin due to the length of the ''neck'' or if you prefer where you grab the instrument.
As a old violin player i think i have the right to ''educate''
If i was you i would have made him dual wield a pair of violin as to avoid that ''detail'' .Come on if your going to draw something that actually exist make a bit of research before specially if you make real world object.

He is the guy worked as animator for the OG akira film, maybe you already know him
but if not you may like his work.

The daily prompt was dream so I chose the right idea of having a guy beat up by a magical girl.
also ran a telephone game with a a friends over the last few months which was fun. (It's just Chinese whispers but for art)
