I .love.your.style.
srsly , how do you go about drawing from imagination?

RE: Sula's Sketchbook - Ursula Dorada - 04-22-2015

@Foxfire: <3 Thank you! That is the million dollar question I guess. I think doing enough studies to memorize this? I should have used reference lol

Here is a quick sketch on toned paper.
My mind wouldn't focus on work stuff, so I took a break.

I love your portraits and the style of painting you use for them, can't wait to see more : )

RE: Sula's Sketchbook - Ursula Dorada - 04-28-2015

@Astute: thank you bro :D

Weird moment where you ponder what would you be at if you haven't left anime behind.
Dang, I'm missing so much by not producing any personal piece... ugh

@Gliger: <3

Here, to make it looks less I'm a slacker, another study.
Practicing finishing pass/polish is a bitch. This is probably the longest I have lingered on a single subject, and it turned out to be way more complex than I ever had hoped for.
I am finally seeing those freaking edges.
Now I need a new portfolio, and time to actually finish something and not "Just enough to see if it holds"
