The information against him (James Cameron) really looks like the case is against him, but of course, Hollywood means money, and money means a whole army of lawyers. But if Roger Dean wins that will be a huge wake-up call for everyone, in that it doesn't matter who you are, the art community has rights too and working artists aren't push-overs or able to be taken for granted/swept under the rug. Dean doesn't really have much hope of winning. Maybe he's just looking for publicity and a settlement. Even if Dean has a strong case, he's still probably outgunned. There's also another scary scenario. It's not impossible that if Dean wins, Cameron and Fox passes the responsibility down to the concept artist.
