Top hats and stuff - CoreyH - 04-14-2015

Just starting a new painting. Really want to try and build a strong foundation for it, as normally I realised I've totally screwed up the painting from the beginning.

This is what I have so far, wondering if anyone has any advice on it?

Hi Corey, I like the composition a lot, and nice foreground elements and overlaps.. I just wonder why is the dude so light compared to the others? I Like putting spot lights around my comps too, but you gotta make that light affect other things as well. Make it bounce on the person he is interacting with and things like that.
