Hello!
I really like the thumbnails on your first post, nice use of perspective and experimentation with composition.
In general there is some good blocking of shapes. Although some of your characters have some wonky forms, the first three girls on your first post mainly. I think working a bit more on proportion and facial structure could be good for you.
Just my 2 cents tho.
