Didn't grow up with it. Started a playthrough a couple of times. Each time getting to about 2-3 hour mark. Thought it was really, really good; the story was great and the battle system - fun.

But for some reason never went back to it :( And it's been years. It's definitely on my bucket list.

What is your opinion on Chrono Cross, though? ;) (I thought the plot was waaay too convoluted even by the standards of a JRPG. But it has some sick-ass character art)

Yes, for a lot of reasons. Amazing story and music, beautiful 2D graphics, rich and creative settings, Akira Toriyama's character designs.

I kept my Super Nintendo and the actual game cartridge all these years. The cardboard box is a little messed up but I still have the booklet and mini-posters that came with it.

I played Chrono Cross but I never finished it. It looked good though I can't remember much of the story.
