Looking better! Right now the eyebrows feel a bit too dark, the legs and cape in shadow still feel flat (remember that the shadow side also has a light source its just weaker) and maybe add a bit more saturation accents around the focal area. And the breast area feels weird its neither cloth nor armor, can look at ref of some other designs to try and solve that area
If you want to get better at faces what it comes down to is measurement, if you get the general proportions correct a face will look attractive, here is something you can try take some front facing photos and any book that has proportions written down and measure it yourself you will see that most faces fall into more or less the same proportion, and of course symmetry is also important. Any problem in art can be solved with basic fundamentals.
Other than that this piece has come a long way, so hopefully this demonstrates that reworking something and really spending your time on it and not giving up can lead to much better results! Do 10 more of this kind of quality of work and you will have a decent portfolio!
