Character Design Challenge
#2
You've got a nice colouring style! looks really clean and the character feels pretty solid, the pose is strong and nice design of the shapes!

You could try darkening the background, and try adding some darker shadow parts - with the darker background the light parts will 'pop' more. Maybe add a shield to his free arm at the back? His clenched fist feels like it should be holding something (or you could just relax his fingers instead).

Nitpicky things that I notice: his sword arm is longer and thinner than his other arm, the perspective of his feet is not consistent, one is tilted on a different plane than the other, also they are not level, which is fine of course but there isn't any indication of an environment, so it is just a little disorienting - maybe just add a couple little perspective guidelines to solidify the surface he's standing on. You could also rotate the whole figure clockwise just a little to level out his feet, since it feels like a wide stable stance as opposed to one foot shifted forward a bit.

Hope there was something helpful there!

Great job!
