Wow dude, excellent work on structure, particularly of the body. Your figures remind me of some Krenz Cushart tutorials I saw a while back. Not sure what your plan is but if you're planning to put figures into a scene, maybe start putting in horizon lines and perspective grids on your sketches?
Also I don't see why you said you failed on the Scott Robertson stuff? They look well drawn to me. Those curves ain't easy to construct like that.
